Submissions Instructions

Papers for WoRV 2013 should be submitted electronically to http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=worv2013. Please add "worv2013@easychair.org" to your e-mail programís white-list to prevent important email announcements from being blocked by spam filters.

Paper Preparation

A complete paper should be submitted in camera-ready format. We do not require the submitted papers to be anonymous. Accepted papers will be allocated 6 pages in the proceedings, with the option of purchasing up to 2 extra pages for US$100 per page to offset the additional publication handling for longer papers. This extra-page fee is to be paid after paper acceptance at the time of registration for the workshop. The length of the submitted paper should match that intended for final publication.

Supplemental Materials

You may also submit supplemental materials to assist with the review. These may include videos, additional images or other results, or appendices. Please note that the submitted paper should be as self-contained as possible and that these materials should supplement not complete the content of the paper.

All supplemental materials must be zipped into a single file, or you may submit a single PDF file for non-video materials. In either case, the maximum file size for the supplemental materials is 10 MB.

Other Policies

All papers submitted for WoRV must represent original, unpublished work.

Dual submission elsewhere is permitted, as long as the authors notify the WoRV organizers of this and agree to publish the work in only one venue upon acceptance.

All work submitted to WoRV is considered confidential until the papers appear at the workshop.
